This position will be in Roy, UT supporting the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You’ll Get To Do:The selected candidate will clearly demonstrate strong management skills and will have a track record as a motivated leader, an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will be placed according to their skillset and interests. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with 8 years of related experience, 6 years related experience with a Masters degree• 2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle, in any of the following systems engineering domains: requirements development, systems architecture, verification planning, and interface definition experience• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:• At least 3+ years experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule with proven results• Strong understanding of the SE process, including SE experience across multiple levels of integration. 3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle, including requirements development, systems architecture, verification planning, and interface definition experience• 3+ years of experience using IBM DOORS, Cameo, CPLM and/or NX• 2+ years of experience with Agile project management using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools• 1+ years of experience with Training Systems and Training Devices development, engineering and sustainment• 1+ years of experience with Support Equipment development, engineering and sustainmentPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
