Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.Essential Job FunctionsEnsure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.Evaluate team performance.Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.Comply with all safety standards and regulations.Order materials when required.File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.Qualifications and RequirementsAt least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.HS diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or management preferredExcellent communication and leadership skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.Flexible schedule and able to work weekends or overtime when needed.Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.Ability to recognize mechanical malfunctions and equipment failures.If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
