Plumbing Office Manager

$23 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and workflow • Oversee CSR duties: scheduling, call handling, booking quality, and customer communication • Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch, and job flow • Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups • Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records • Handle Payroll • Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements Qualifications: • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes • Excellent communication (phone, text, email) • Detail-oriented • Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) preferred • Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or office management strongly preferred Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
