As a Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests have come to expect. You'll help prepare, cook, and expedite menu items while working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook fried items and grilled meats for service
• Expedite food for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Maintain proper food quality, portioning, and food safety standards
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and cooking tools
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Support your teammates wherever needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
• Positive personality with a strong work ethic
• Availability to work mornings and Sundays
