About the Role

We're looking for Czech language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Czech-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Czech — making a real impact on how this technology serves Czech speakers around the world.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Whether you're a translator, editor, teacher, linguist, or simply someone with a deep command of Czech, your expertise is genuinely valuable here.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Czech translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Czech
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Czech
• Strong written communication skills in both Czech and English
• Solid command of contemporary Czech usage across different contexts and registers
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your assessments
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional Czech language variation or historical usage
