Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound) — Ultrasound specialty in Potsdam, NY, United States. Start date: 09/21/2026 for a Weeks travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,559–$2,736 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 4x10 Nights (8:00 pm–6:00 am). Inpatient imaging department; no call and no weekend duties. Responsibilities
- Perform OB (1st–3rd trimester, fetal anatomy survey), general abdomen, GYN, breast imaging, and vascular studies (including DVT) with portable exams as needed
- Scan independently in a 4-room imaging area, handling a daily volume of approximately 8–10 exams
- Ensure image quality and patient safety, including proper positioning and equipment settings
- Operate across modalities and document findings in the charting system (EPIC); communicate results to clinicians as appropriate
- Float to cover coverage needs as assigned; collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians
- Maintain compliance with imaging protocols and safety standards during nocturnal shifts

Requirements
- Active NY license in hand at submission
- ARDMS certification in AB/OB/VASC
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience
- EPIC charting experience required
- Shift flexibility to 8:00 pm–6:00 am, Monday–Thursday; willingness to float as needed
- Distance restrictions: travel-only candidates; locals not accepted; must be >50 miles from the assignment location; confirm with Account Manager
