Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Growth. We’re hiring a commission-based real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. This position is remote in the United States. Responsibilities Update client information in the CRM to keep all real estate team members informed. Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients. Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals. Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or a buyer’s agent. Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc., to ensure they buy their next home with us. Qualifications Track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Minimum 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate or sales. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence. Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Mojo Dialer, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
