About the Role

You’ll be working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old , helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Implement curriculum and foster a positive learning environment
• Track and communicate children’s progress with parents
• Assist with meals, diapering, and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Collaborate with team members across age groups
• Use the Brightwheel app for parent communication

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
• Comfortable with light physical activity (lifting, cleaning, etc.)
• Willingness to follow state childcare regulations and policies

Leadership Opportunities (Directors & Assistant Directors)

Additional Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily center operations
• Manage staff and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain staff files and prepare for audits
• Handle CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) reporting and claims

Requirements:

• Prior preschool or childcare management experience
• Strong understanding of licensing and compliance standards
