Description - What You'll Do

• Analyze results with keen insight, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for thorough testing when necessary.
• Accurately document all procedures, serve as a resource for training new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of starting.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
