Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues Provide real‑time feedback and coaching on the sales floor Help drive a positive, high‑energy team culture Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager Commercial Performance & Sales Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviours Assist in analysing performance and executing action plans to improve results Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards Operations & Store Execution Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures Maintain a clean, organised, and customer‑ready store environment Recruitment & Team Development Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding Help train and develop team members Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy Maintain Health & Safety standards Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience Strong communication and coaching skills Commercially aware and eager to learn Organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Passionate about fashion and retail Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We provide equal opportunities for everyone, irrespective of gender, age, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or religious background, while creating an empowering environment where people can thrive and develop. #J-18808-Ljbffr
