Brick Manufacturing Production Positions (Operator / Mixer / Setter)
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our brick manufacturing team. These are hands-on production roles in a fast-paced industrial environment. We are willing to train the right candidates who show a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Positions Available:
- Brick Machine Operator (mechanical aptitude required)
- Setting Operator (mechanical aptitude required)
- Sand & Slurry Mixer Operator (commercial & residential)
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor brick manufacturing machinery
- Heavy Lifting
- Mix sand, slurry, and materials according to specifications
- Set and handle brick production materials
- Perform quality checks during production
- Operate forklifts safely (for applicable roles)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout shift
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (physically demanding work)
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work early morning shift
- Forklift experience required for mixer role
- Basic math skills (for mixing position)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
