Are you a dedicated OT or Physical Therapist eager to specialize in critical care and support patients recovering from serious burns? We are seeking compassionate, skilled therapy professionals to provide top-tier care in our dynamic Burn Unit. Join our team and help patients regain mobility, reduce scarring, and improve their quality of life during their most vulnerable moments.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid OT or PT license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care or burn unit setting
- Ability to float and adapt to multiple patient needs across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Strong patient care skills, including mobility assistance and wound management
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying weekdays, including every weekend and one weekday, with the ability to work Saturday and Sunday in the Burn Unit
- Experience with burn patients ranging from 0-100% TBSA
- Familiarity with surgical dressings, pain management, and positioning to prevent contractures
- Prior travel therapy experience or willingness to travel
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in acute care, ICU, or burn units
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts (08:00 - 16:30) in scrubs provided
- Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification support provided as needed
