Required Skills:
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent) in the state
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care or burn units
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday in the burn unit
- Flexibility to float between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong assessment and therapeutic skills targeting pain management, mobility, and positioning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Capable of managing a caseload of up to 8 patients daily during peak times
- Experience with OT is acceptable
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Additional experience with trauma or surgical recovery
- Bilingual abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least 1 year of recent experience in acute or burn care settings
- Familiarity with the use of EPIC systems
- Willingness to work shifts from 08:00 to 15:30, Monday through Friday, with weekends dedicated to burn unit coverage
- Ability to adapt to a variable schedule, including working on Saturdays and Sundays
- Scrubs will be provided
- Travel and accommodation reimbursements available as applicable
- Maintaining licensure and certifications as required
