Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist (Non-Oncology) for a remote CA role. The ACP works with a hybrid onsite team to deliver therapy management services, medication education, and patient-clinician collaboration across clinics. You will perform medication reconciliation, dose optimization, and adherence counseling within approved protocols, and provide clinical input for cost-effective pharmacotherapy while staying aligned with FDA and evidence-based guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shields Health Solutions
