Certified Nursing Assistant

About the Role:

Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Philadelphia, MS. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure sores

Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification in the state of Mississippi

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
