Part Time SAAS project manager

We are seeking a senior-level Part Time SAAS project manager to provide expert oversight for the design, configuration, and implementation of a replacement licensing and management system. Key Logistics Hours: Part-Time (Strictly 20 hours/week up to a maximum of 640 hours) Interview Process: In-Person Only (No remote/virtual interviews) Core Responsibilities End-to-End Oversight: Lead team members through process mapping, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing (UAT). System Deployment: Oversee the implementation phases of a cloud-based solution and certify readiness for deployment. Stakeholder & Change Management: Drive adoption of the new system, manage organizational change, and lead project closeout. Qualifications To be considered, candidates must have 10+ years of experience in the following areas: Active PMP Certification: Must hold an active Project Management Professional certification from PMI (Proof of certification required at submission). Cloud & SaaS/PaaS Expertise: Proven background in planning, executing, and managing cloud-hosted software implementations. Vendor Management: Strong skills in collaborating with and managing third-party IT vendors. Requirements Management: Extensive experience guiding business and IT stakeholders through technical requirement documentation. Hybrid Methodologies: Deep, hands-on knowledge of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall principles.
