• Create short, engaging **vehicle walk‑around videos** and personalized intro videos
• Guide customers through the **entire buying journey** — from first contact to delivery
• Follow a structured **lead management process** to maximize appointments and sales
• Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups in CRM
• Build trust and rapport through transparency, communication, and consistency
• Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences

• Experience in automotive, retail, or digital sales preferred
• Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough)
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Valid driver’s license
