Managing the annual Parent Survey cycle remotely, the part-time Independent Contractor Parent Survey Project Director will oversee school recruitment, onboarding, survey administration, and reporting while collaborating with school leaders and staff to ensure a high-quality experience. Key responsibilities Manage the annual Parent Survey timeline, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with participating schools and partners Support outreach and onboarding for schools, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the survey cycle Coordinate survey preparation, administration, and develop school-specific findings presentations for leadership teams Required qualifications Five to ten years of relevant experience in project management, program implementation, or a related field Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables Strong relationship-management skills with experience in client service Experience with survey findings and data-informed presentations Ability to work independently in a remote environment
