Acquisition Specialist

East Coast REI is expanding our team! We’re looking for a driven Acquisition Specialist to help us source and secure high-quality real estate deals across the East Coast.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying promising properties, conducting thorough market analysis, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish — all while working with motivated wholesalers, property owners, and our internal disposition team.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze market trends and evaluate property opportunities
• Lead negotiations and manage the full acquisition process
• Build strong relationships with sellers, agents, and industry partners
• Collaborate with our team to close deals efficiently and profitably

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and market research skills to assess property opportunities and market trends
• Experience in acquisitions and program management — overseeing property purchase negotiations and processes
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with property owners, agents, and team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or sales is a big plus
