Rental Sales Agent Sixt Rent a Car, a Tom Wood Group company, is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Rental Sales Agents for Indianapolis airport. As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while providing an exceptional rental experience. This is a sales-focused, customer-facing position with an opportunity to increase your earnings through an uncapped bonus and commission program . Compensation Base Pay: $17/hour Estimated Total Annual Earnings: $40,000-$60,000, including bonus and commission opportunities Uncapped earning potential: Your sales performance can directly increase your overall compensation What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate rental vehicle. Explain and promote optional products, services, upgrades, and other rental options. Create a positive rental experience while maximizing sales and service opportunities. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and a service-first attitude. Complete rental transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure all rental activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and our customers. What We're Looking For A natural ability and enthusiasm for sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused attitude and enjoyment of working directly with people. Motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
