Details:
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Patient Age Groups
- Adults, Geriatrics
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for patients
- Provide skilled nursing care and interventions
- Administer IV therapy and medications
- Assess patient needs and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Skills:
- Inpatient Acute Case Management (Case Manager Hospital experience)
- MUST HAVE DISCHARGE PLANNING EXPERIENCE
- BLS, CA RN License
