Line Cook Range: $17.34 - $20.93 Overview Red Robin is a full‑service restaurant seeking energetic Line Cooks to prepare and cook food in line with the Red Robin style. Responsibilities include cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of menu items such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and more. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items to meet the restaurant’s standards and guest expectations. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure clean, food‑safe work areas. Maintain a consistent level of quality while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen. Assist with inventory and restock supplies as needed. Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Must be 17 years of age or older. Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Adaptability to shift work and a willingness to learn new techniques. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $17.34 - $20.93 per hour. Referral bonus and Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, 20+ hours/week).
