Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - Home CareThe Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - Home Care will enjoy independence, autonomy, and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home environment. The office is in Roseville, MN and the general territory for this position of where the patients live would be the southwest section of the Twin Cities Metro area.A few must-haves for this position:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of MN.Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office.
