Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support their Customer Service team with reporting, data analysis, order management, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports and metrics.
Gather and analyze data and present findings to management.
Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
Maintain department documentation and records.
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties.
Manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas) and PowerPoint skills required.
Experience with an ERP system and order management.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Customer service experience preferred.
