SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)
Job SummaryHomeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to patients in Staten Island, NY 10314 .
We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus . This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to build a flexible caseload while receiving support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Job ResponsibilitiesConduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy as clinically appropriate
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and members of the clinical team
Follow all applicable clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation and communication
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
