Overview As the Enterprise Talent Strategy Partner at Roche, you will design, develop, and execute best‑in‑class talent practices that build a robust and diverse pipeline of leaders for our most critical roles. Responsibilities Report to the Enterprise Talent Strategy Partner & Team Lead. Design and implement strategies to assess, identify, and develop high‑potential talent for senior leadership. Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiting, People & Organizational Growth (P&OG), People Insights & Technology (PI&T), IWS Partner and Business Partners to address current and future leadership needs. Apply qualitative and quantitative measures to evaluate success and reinforce compliance with tools and processes. Form work‑product teams to deliver outcomes that support senior talent pipeline strategies. Qualifications 8+ years of global experience in talent strategy, talent management, consulting, business partnering, or pipeline development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, trends, and challenges. Proven ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies. Excellent collaboration, partnership, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across functions. Strong analytical capabilities using data to drive decision‑making. Experience forming work‑product teams for senior talent pipeline strategies. Strong business acumen and high standard of professionalism. Strongly preferred: R&D expertise and understanding of research and development functions and priorities. Location & Compensation Location: South San Francisco, on‑site only. Relocation benefits are not available. Salary range (California): $161,000 to $299,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available.
