Supplier Enablement Process Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in procurement and supply chain management, is seeking a Supplier Enablement Process Analyst to join their team. As a Supplier Enablement Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting supplier onboarding and data management activities within the company's procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Maplewood, MN

What's the Job?

• Support the process lead in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Help track process issues, questions, risks, and follow-up items
• Create and update process documents, job aids, and training materials
• Assist with report review, testing, and tracking of reporting needs
• Maintain action trackers or issue logs to support process stabilization and continuous improvement activities

What's Needed?

• Experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, or supplier data management
• Experience supporting system implementation, go-live, or stabilization activities
• Experience creating process documentation or training materials
• Experience with data cleanup or data quality support
• Familiarity with GEP or similar procurement systems
