Psychiatric Registered Nurse

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in Boston or Waltham. Key Responsibilities Providing nursing care to patients and families. Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. Providing education to patients and families. Facilitating group therapies. Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff. 24, 32 or36 hours, schedule is nights, every other weekend. and rotating holidays. Boston or Waltham MA locations. Minimum Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing Experience: 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on for RNs with 1 or more years of related RN experience. (Internal candidates and former BCH employees who have worked at BCH in the past 2 years are not eligible). The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
