Are you confident on the phone, motivated by sales goals, and great at helping customers find the right solution? Were looking for an energetic Inside Sales & Customer Retention Specialist to join our pest control team.
In this role, youll handle inbound calls from homeowners looking for pest control services, educate them on our solutions, and turn inquiries into new customers. Youll also connect with existing customers who have requested to cancel service, listen to their concerns, and work to find solutions that earn back their business, and all from the comfort of your own home!

ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and recommend pest control services based on their needs and convert inbound leads into scheduled services and new customer accounts.
Upsell current customers
Contact customers who have requested cancellation to understand their concerns and offer appropriate solutions
Clearly explain service plans, promotions, warranties, and pricing
Enter accurate notes and customer information into our CRM system
Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and customer retention goals
Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful customer experience on every call
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are addressed
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For
Previous inside sales, call center, customer service, retention, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
Positive, reliable, and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and documenting information
Basic computer and CRM experience
Experience in home services, pest control, telecommunications, insurance, or similar industries is a plus
$1,050 - $1,075 per week
