Job Description

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: UPMC Chautauqua Jamestown, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)

Compensation & Benefits:

$320,000 base compensation
$40,000 Signing Bonus - 12 month commitment
$12,000 Annual Quality Bonus
$15,000 Annual Retention Bonus
Additional pay for call (2nd Call) with min call back
Pick up extra days for additional compensation
8 weeks time off
Malpractice and tail coverage included
