Epic Steel, a Gibraltar company, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Western Montana market. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and increasing market share for Epic Steel's metal roofing and siding solutions. The Territory Sales Manager serves as the face of the company with contractors, builders, distributors, architects, and other industry influencers, delivering exceptional service while driving profitable results. Success in this role requires a motivated sales professional who thrives on territory development, customer engagement, and winning new business.

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and residential business opportunities across the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, distributors, and specification influencers. Conduct regular in-person customer visits, jobsite meetings, and account reviews to strengthen customer engagement. Educate customers on Epic Steel products, capabilities, and value-added solutions. Collaborate with operations, estimating, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, customer records, and forecasting information within CRM systems.

In your first year, you will: Establish strong relationships with existing customers and key industry influencers throughout the Western Montana market. Expand market presence by securing new contractor, builder, and distributor partnerships. Consistently achieve or exceed territory sales and profitability targets. Increase specification activity and position Epic Steel products in upcoming projects and bids. Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness that differentiates Epic Steel from competitors. Develop a robust sales pipeline and create sustainable growth opportunities for the territory.

What You'll Bring Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience in building products, construction materials, roofing, siding, or related industries. Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing customer accounts. Strong territory management, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a geographically dispersed territory. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Location, Travel and Compensation Based in or near Missoula, MT with responsibility for the Western Montana territory. Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the assigned territory.
