Experienced Labor Estimating and Pricing Specialist

Overview The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Labor Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Responsibilities Develop estimates and prices from technical requirements through design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program. Prepare, validate, and document estimates and pricing. Evaluate requests for proposals, substantiate estimates/pricing, and assemble price proposals. Develop estimating and pricing methods. Evaluate and develop business cases. Perform quantitative analysis and provide recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.). Develop and maintain pricing models. Incorporate data into and maintain structured systems; coordinate program database requirements. Develop, apply, and maintain rates and factors for estimating, pricing, and proposals. Perform compliance activities, including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment, and training delivery. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of experience performing cost estimating/pricing functions. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience in an estimating and pricing role, including developing proposals, using pricing systems, and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and TINA requirements; experience with Pro-Pricer or other COTS pricing software; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
