Job: Chief Content Creator | Employee #1

Location: Mission Beach, San Diego

Compensation: Equity + $70,000-$90,000 annually (depending on experience)

Schedule: 40+ hours per week (Hybrid)

We are nothing else, a sensitive skincare brand ( We formulate entirely waterless, preservative-free skincare. We're coming up on our first anniversary, we're growing fast, and we need our first full-time hire.

The Job

Grow our social media. As Employee #1 with equity, you will be a true partner who wants to sweat, build, and grind until this brand is a household name. If you are looking for a comfortable 9-to-5, please close this tab.

This is not a corporate desk job. There are no agencies to manage, no slow-paced strategy meetings, and no corporate hand-holding. This is a grueling, high-tempo, ground-floor startup grind. You will work directly with the founder every single day, and we will scale this brand to a 9-figure valuation.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Create Content (50%): Your primary weapon is your camera/phone. You will live on TikTok and Instagram. You will shoot, edit, write hook-heavy scripts, maximize TikTok Shop, and produce high-velocity, high-taste organic content daily.
• Manage Online Communities (25%): run our brand ambassador programs and social media engagement.
• Random Startup Stuff (25%): Because you are Employee #1, no task is too small. You will help with things like building our in-person San Diego community, in-store product demos, local events, photoshoots, etc.

Who You Are

• Located in San Diego. Chronically online. Ambitious. Highly organized. Gets shit done.
• Ownership & Autonomy: You must be able to work without direction, because you will have the keys to drive the engine. You are obsessed with winning, welcome direct and honest feedback, and want your success to be judged purely on the growth, views, and revenue your content generates.

Who You Are Not

• No freelancers, consultants, part-time helpers, or anyone with multiple clients depending on you.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience working for a DTC brand.
