HousemanWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our hotel team. The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's public areas, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our housekeeping and front desk teams.Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and cleaning tasks as needed.Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Monitor and restock supplies in public areas and housekeeping carts.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as required.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth within our hotel.
