As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Assist with transferring patients, using proper lifting techniques and equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
