Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish)

Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to support multiple branch locations throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. This is an immediate opening covering a leave of absence with a target start date ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for field and management employees
• Support seasonal hiring efforts, including snow season staffing
• Conduct new hire orientation and process hires in ADP
• Coach managers on employee relations, counseling, and disciplinary matters
• Support employee engagement, retention, safety, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and change management efforts

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Recruiting and onboarding experience
• Employee relations and manager coaching experience
• ADP or HRIS experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region

Locations

Work primarily from the office closest to your home with travel to other branches as needed:

• East Stroudsburg (Poconos)
• Lancaster/Denver
• West Chester
• Brandywine
• Horsham

Schedule & Pay

• $32-$34 per hour
• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM start time
• 8-hour workdays
• Casual dress environment
• Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle available for qualifying drivers
