Responsibilities

• Assist customers with basic account inquiries, transactions, and general banking questions
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive financial information
• Navigate internal systems to access and update customer accounts
• Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members when needed
• Meet service goals related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required training during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others
• Basic computer skills (typing, navigating systems, and using multiple screens)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in banking, finance, or long-term career growth in financial services
• Experience handling cash, transactions, or working with confidential information

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
