We’rehiringa Digital Marketing Specialist to be the hands-on engine of our marketingprograms. This is a HubSpot-first role:you’llbuild and run thecampaigns, nurture flows, and reports that turn marketing activityintoqualifiedpipeline. You’llalso own thelogisticsthatmake our events run smoothly.You’llwork directly with the Growthleader on a small, fast-moving team where your work isvisibleandyour impact is measurable. What You'll Do Own HubSpotexecution.Build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, andlead-scoring; keep the database clean, segmented, and healthy.You’re theperson who actually makes the platform work. Run campaignsend to end.Take a campaign brief and turn it into live, on-time assetsacross email, web, and social — coordinating with design and content along theway. Coordinateeventlogistics.Handle the operational side of trade shows,webinars, and customer events: registration, vendor and booth coordination,pre-event promotion, and post-event lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot.(Strategy stays with the team — you make itrun.) Reportonwhat’sworking.Pull funnel, campaign, and event performanceinto clear, repeatable reports so the team can seewhat’sdrivingMQLs and pipeline without leadership having to build every view. Keep the dataconnected.Maintain list hygiene and lead lifecycle/routing andhelpkeep our CRM data consistent as records move between systems. Support contentand demandgen.Schedule and repurpose social content, manage assets,andassistwith paid and organic programs as they scale. WhatWe’re Looking For Required Hands-on HubSpotexperience (required). You can independently build and manage workflows, forms,landing pages, lists, and reports, or you’re certified and can show us thehands-on work you’ve done. HubSpot certifications are a plus, and we’ll supportyou earning more. 1–3 years in B2Bmarketing, marketing operations, or a coordinator/internship role, orequivalent hands-on HubSpot work. A self-starterwho thrives remotely, is organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owningexecution with light oversight. Strong attentionto detail.You catch the broken link, the wrong merge field, and theun-tagged list before they ship. Clearcommunicatorwho can turn a rough brief into a finished deliverable andask the right questions to fill the gaps. Fluent with AItools.You use AI (Claude in particular) to research, draft, and shipfaster, with the judgment to know when to trust it and when to check itswork.We’rean AI-forward team and expect you to make the most ofthese tools. Preferred Eventcoordination experience(trade shows, webinars, or field marketing). Healthcare,medtech,or regulated B2B/SaaSbackground. Comfortable working within brand andcompliance guardrails. Hands-onexperience with AI marketing toolsfor content, campaign, or workflowautomation (bonus ifyou’vebuilt with Claude). Basic designfluency(Canva or similar) for quick asset turnarounds.
