Customer Support Technician

SkySlope Core Values Awareness Execution Obsession Ownership Humility Radical Candor Urgency Greatness Inches I Fun The Job As a Customer Support Technician you will provide exceptional customer, technical, and product support to real‑estate professionals, resolving tickets, collaborating with peers, and maintaining deep product knowledge. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to and resolve tickets received via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely, professional manner Support and learn from teammates to improve department efficiency Serve as subject‑matter expert on the SkySlope platform and resolve customer issues confidently Investigate technical problems and communicate status updates to customers Identify and report website issues to QA as needed Use downtime to complete File Recs from the service queue or perform other assigned tasks Maintain consistent support volume while assisting teammates during peak periods Required Experience & Education Experience delivering high‑level customer service in a technology or call‑center environment Ability to multitask multiple responsibilities concurrently Proficiency on both Microsoft and Mac platforms Familiarity with multiple web browsers Typing speed of 40+ words per minute Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Compensation Hourly rate: $24.50 per hour Benefits Medical insurance (United Healthcare) – salaried employee contributions, eligibility after first day Dentistry (Principal) – employer pays 75% of the base plan premium Vision (Principal) – employer pays 100% of the monthly premium Life & AD&D insurance – company‑paid plan with a guaranteed issue amount of $25,000 Short‑ and long‑term disability insurance – optional plans available Accident insurance – optional cash benefit plans Hospital indemnity – optional cash benefit plans Critical illness – optional coverage Flexible Spending Account – tax‑advantaged account for health and dependent care costs Health Savings Account – tax‑advantaged account available for employees enrolled in the UHC HDHP/HSA plan 401(k) – company matches 0.50 per $1.00 contributed up to 6% of eligible earnings Employee Stock Purchase Plan – company matches up to 33.3333% of contributions Paid Time Off – 120 hours (15 days) for new hires, accrual after 90 days Paid holidays – 16 holidays, 11 observed, 5 floating Bereavement leave – up to 5 paid days for immediate family, 1 day for close non‑family members Paid parental leave – up to 6 weeks of pay for new child placement for regular full‑time employees Dayforce Wallet – on‑demand payroll access for qualifying employees Waldorf University discounts – 10% tuition, free textbooks, scholarship opportunities Child literacy assistance – discounted membership to an online resource for employee children Employee referral bonus – $1,000 post‑tax after a referee passes 90 days Annual Employee Appreciation Day and other internal events EEO Statement SkySlope is an Equal Opportunity employer.
