About the Job Position: Home Health Physical Therapist (Contract) Coverage Area: Victorville, CA (within a 10-mile radius from your home) Job Type: Contract About BioMechanics: At BioMechanics, we are a PT-owned and operated company with over 10 years of committed service in home health care. - Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Physical exam within the past year.
- Negative TB test.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
- Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments.
- Conduct 45-minute sessions , typically 2-3 visits per patient per week.
- Use user-friendly software to document sessions and track progress.
- Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly , depending on your availability.
- Mentorship Program: Be paired with a Senior PT for training and support.
- Ethical Practice: Join a team that prioritizes integrity, patient care, and clinician autonomy.
- Streamlined Documentation: Spend less time on paperwork and more time with your patients.
