Human Resources Administrator

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position Behind every well-organized team is someone making sure the details are handled properly. From maintaining employee records to coordinating paperwork and supporting recruitment activities, HR administration helps keep the employee experience organized and consistent. We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator in Dallas, TX to support the day-to-day administrative work of the HR function. This role would suit someone who is organized, approachable, discreet, and comfortable handling information that needs to be accurate and confidential. You’ll work with the wider team to coordinate documentation, maintain employee information, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep routine HR processes moving smoothly. Day to Day Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Organize personnel files, employment documents, and digital records Assist with preparing onboarding paperwork and new starter documentation Coordinate interview schedules and communicate arrangements with candidates Help track recruitment progress and outstanding hiring tasks Respond to routine HR enquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team member Assist with preparing employment letters, forms, and internal HR documents Monitor paperwork deadlines and follow up on missing information Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration Update spreadsheets, trackers, and routine HR reports Assist with organizing meetings, training sessions, and HR activities Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality What’s Important We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with people and information. You’ll need: Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Basic computer skills and confidence using email, spreadsheets, and office software The ability to manage several administrative tasks and meet deadlines A professional approach to confidential information Good time management and follow-through The ability to work independently and contribute to a team Previous experience in human resources, recruitment coordination, administration, office support, customer service, or records management is useful. Familiarity with HR databases or applicant tracking systems is an advantage, but training on internal systems and procedures will be provided.
