Job DescriptionAramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. This position provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategyJob ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and teams-including front line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impactCoach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retentionCollaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needsParticipate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned, contributing to and helping lead US HR strategy work in close partnership with the US Sector HRVPAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience• Experience in using HR technology and analytics• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master’s degree preferred• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentTravel 50%-70% depending on business needs.
