Payroll Supervisor

What your future day will look like: Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple clients. Review payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and time‑keeping issues. Supervise, train, mentor, and support payroll team members to ensure high‑quality service and productivity. Monitor workflow, establish priorities, and ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met. Maintain confidential company and employee information within payroll software. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating payroll deadlines, assisting with payroll‑related inquiries, and offering light software support. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and internal controls. Assist with special projects.
