Inventory Control Coordinator

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations and help ensure the accuracy and availability of products our customers depend on every day. What You’ll Do Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials and products are available to meet customer demand Perform cycle counts across facilities and investigate discrepancies Reconcile inventory variances and identify root causes Ensure products are properly received, stored, and accounted for Maintain accurate inventory records, including item setup and price updates Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards Assist with reporting and documentation related to inventory activity Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization Help reduce excess and obsolete inventory Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong knowledge of inventory systems and best practices Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and customer‑first mindset Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (more with assistance) Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and equipment exposure Why Vesco Stable, growing company with 80+ years of success Team‑oriented culture with a focus on quality and service Opportunities to contribute to process improvements and company growth Competitive compensation and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Vesco Oil Corporation
