Senior Vice President – Securities Finance Principal Trading

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Securities Finance Principal Trading team. This role is located in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior support and coverage across FICC and Secured Loan‑related business activity.
• Drive execution of key business priorities, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Partner across business, risk, control, operations, finance, technology, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Help identify, elevate, and track business issues, dependencies, and risks.
• Support management routines, business reviews, and prioritization across the covered books.
• Contribute to process discipline, operating efficiency, and business resiliency.
• Ensure high‑quality coordination, communication, and follow‑through across stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives and change activity relevant to the covered business area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
• 7–10 years of total work experience, including relevant repo experience supporting complex financial services businesses and/or markets‑related activity. Experience in FICC repo, secured financing or secured loan repo‑related business activity is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations, stakeholder coordination, and execution management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
