Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse Regular Residential Administration, Brockton, MA, US Salary Range: $32.00 to $35.00 hourly Schedule: Friday and Saturday 3pm–7am, 32 hours per week New hire and transfer bonuses of up to $12,000.00 for qualifying applicants based on position and hours. Additional shift and regional differentials may apply. This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster. What You’ll Do: Medical & Medication Oversight – Manage medical care and medications for residents, train staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH MAP. Certification in MAP may be required within first 6 months. Crisis Intervention – Respond to emergencies and de‑escalate crises with residents. Staff Training – Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required. Compliance – Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections. What You Bring: Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car. Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car. Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional). Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, teamwork. Language: Fluent in English. Multilingual a bonus.
