Job Position: Litigation Attorney - Medical Malpractice
Location: 100% Remote (Pennsylvania)
Duration: Fulltime

A growing litigation practice is looking for an experienced attorney to join their team. This position can be remote and focuses primarily on medical malpractice and general liability claims for a diverse client base.

The attorney will independently manage matters through each stage of litigation while collaborating with experienced lawyers and professional support staff. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys meaningful case ownership, direct client contact, and an active courtroom practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of civil defense matters from assignment through resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery materials, legal memoranda, and client reports.
• Evaluate case exposure and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and motion arguments.

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania, with current good standing.
• 3+ years of medical malpractice experience.
• Ability to manage cases and litigation deadlines independently.
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, or comparable proceedings.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
