Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceDesigns, develops, and conducts simulations against hard targets, missiles, and intelligence gaps; defines, implements, validates, and tests M&S architectures; supports wargaming and operational analysis.What You BringExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V simulation integration; data analysis; weapon-system modelingMinimum 8 years with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesExperience in HWIL; federated simulations; MBSE; digital engineering; threat representations, and real-time simulationCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
