Overview: Oracle Banking Payment Developer (OBPM)/ Flexcube Developer Location: NJ or Charlotte NC - Hybrid Duration: 1 yr Only USC / GC Job Overview: We are looking for a Oracle Banking Payment (OBPM)/ Flexcube Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of banking applications using Oracle Flexcube. This role requires in-depth knowledge of banking domain processes and strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube core banking software. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and customize banking applications using Oracle Banking Payment (OBPM/ Flexcube Developer. • Work closely with business users to understand banking requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of Flexcube modules including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Design and implement core banking features such as payments, loans, deposits, and account management within Flexcube. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexcube systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., QA, infrastructure, business analysts) for smooth deployment and integration of Flexcube with other banking systems. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards. • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades for the Flexcube systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience working with Oracle Flexcube/OBPM in a banking environment. • Strong understanding of core banking processes such as payments, loans, deposits, and treasury. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL. • Experience with integrating Flexcube with other banking applications and platforms. • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Flexcube upgrades, patches, and version migrations. • Oracle Flexcube certification is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Skills: Flex cube,OBPM,Oracle Banking Payment
