Fund & Investment Operations Analyst

Join Vanguard's Fund Analysis and Oversight team and play a critical role in supporting the accuracy, integrity, and daily operations of our investment products. As a Fund & Investment Operations Analyst, you'll solve operational challenges, improve processes, and partner across the business to help deliver exceptional outcomes for the clients we serve.Responsibilities:Serves as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex fund and investment operational issues. Analyzes cash flow, transaction, and portfolio holdings data.Leads process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.Documents procedures across all fund and investment product types. Leverages fund and investment operational knowledge to aid in the production of gold copy data and enhance output.Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. Oversees the research and implement complex process improvements.Oversees daily operation, manages controls and verifies completion of processes.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proactively proposes solutions.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Two years’ related work experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
